    RADDS Plant and Logistics company is defined by four business units:

    • Open Cast Mining

    • Bulk Materials Handling

    • Heavy Transport

    • Plant Hire

    HEAVY TRANSPORT RICHARDS BAY

    The RADDS lowbed division is a preferred supplier to Bell Equipment and helps the Richards Bay-based manufacturer to transport its machines around the country.

    The division is equipped to offer a comprehensive range of abnormal load services in Richards Bay, nationwide as well as cross border, including the arrangement of escort and permit requirements.

     

    A roll back moves smaller machines around the country, while six 2,6m lowbeds are used for legal loads and an abnormal 3,1m lowbed for large, heavier moves.

     

    The lowbeds have all been granted a unique AV number by the Department of Transport, enabling RADDS to transport loads above the legal limit.
